Your booking includes my services as photographer, the expertise of a hair and makeup artist, 18 professionally retouched images, and full use of the studio. Our premium studio model portfolio shoots offer a high-end, editorial-level experience designed to elevate portfolios. As an experienced fashion photographer, I collaborate with every model and a professional team to create magazine-ready images that highlight personality and versatility. This luxury shoot provides a supportive space for models to experiment with poses, express their unique style, and explore creative concepts, all under expert guidance.
The experience includes a free consultation, photoshoot planning, and complimentary digitals/polaroids. Additionally, included in the premium package, is a magazine published hair and makeup artist, along with a top-tier stylist who will curate and source high-end clothing, ensuring each look perfectly complements your style and enhances the overall aesthetic of your portfolio. Your booking includes 24 professionally retouched images, delivered within two weeks. These polished, editorial-quality shots are tailored to impress top industry professionals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Notes: To be eligible for booking a model portfolio shoot with myself and the creative team, a minimum of five models must be booked on the same day. All bookings made will require full payment up front, meaning no booking is secure until full payment has been made. Samuel is open to split payments from the booking party or booking parties. Once the full payment has been made, Samuel and the team will book the studio, give a consultation, start organisation of the photoshoot and prepare a full plan and Call Sheet for the shoot date.
- To be eligible for the above photoshoot packages, a guarantee that a full booking of either 5 models (for 1 day shoots), 10 models (for 2 day shoots) or 5 models (for the premium package) has to be made.
- Only 5 Models can be accepted for 1 day shoots and 10 Models for 2 day shoots.
- If in the event more lighting set ups or clothing styles are needed, an extra charge will be discussed. This has to be specified before the shoot date during initial discussions.
- All Mood Boards and Lighting Set Ups will be discussed in detail before the shoot and confirmed via an agreement which will be signed by the participating parties.
- A minimum 50% Retainer is required for any 1 or 2 Day bookings with the Samuel Geals. The payment system will be subject to detailed discussion with Samuel Geals, the Agency and the Model/s, understanding that different Agencies work in different ways. Before booking the shooting date/s, this will be agreed and signed for providing all parties are happy.
- No payments are to be made in cash. The payment, or all payments, will be invoiced appropriately, as per discussion, and monitored by Samuel Geals.
- Samuel Geals, Photographer, retains the right to reject any images that he feels are not representative of the quality of work he, his team, the agency and the model that he produces imagery for.
- All editing is produced by Samuel Geals within his own style and can be outsourced to a select few retouchers who adhere to these retouching parameters. Samuel Geals also retains the right to pass the editing on to other retouchers according to work-load. This decision will not come as an extra cost to the Model, or the Agency.
- Beauty and Close Up photography requests may be subject to an extra cost.
- All models will need to turn up to the studio within good time, any delays will be taken off of their allotted time with the Make Up Artist, Hair Designer and/or the Photographer. Samuel Geals will not offer any refund or monetary value to the Model if he/she/they are late. The Call Sheet will display a Call Time for each model with added time allowance. Arriving at the studio any time after this allotted slot could cause less time in front of the camera. Time will not be penalised off any other model for late arrivals.
- If in the event a model fails to turn up, no refund will or can be given once payment has been made.
- If a model cannot make it to the photoshoot, for example if the model is ill, the model will forfeit 50% of the full payment due to non-refundable overheads. Provided there is proof.
- Samuel Geals would advise if a Model is unable to make it, to notify sooner than later, and should either replace themselves or if the agency can do so, with another model, this would be the best course of action to avoid penalisation and confusion with booking fees and costs to hold the portfolio shoot day.
- Models will receive their edited images between 1 week and 2 weeks after the date of shooting on the agreement that Samuel Geals, Photographer, will choose the photos. Or if the model/agency chooses his/her own images, the 1 to 2 weeks will start from the date Samuel receives the final selection. However, packages can be negotiated for quicker turn around times and will be subject to a rush charge.
- Samuel Geals is not responsible for any inexperienced models or models who are unable to achieve high end modelling seen in any mood boards supplied. The model portfolio shoots are here to provide a safe space for models to experiment and develop themselves in front of the camera in a professional setting and to add to professional models portfolios. Samuel Geals will, however, provide appropriate direction to the models, and imagery/lighting/clothing in the style of said mood boards and high end photoshoots.
