TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Notes: Customised model photoshoot prices are negotiable on multiple bookings on the same day. If you or your agency would like to book more than one model on the day a discount of 25% will be applied to each models cost. This is only available on the Customised Shoots in the studio and on-location, not on Model Portfolio Days. Please email ahead if you would like this service and a customised invoice will be sent to all parties involved.
Turn around times for editing and final images on photoshoots will be between 1 and 2 weeks, this includes the selection process which can be managed by either the team, Samuel Geals or the booking party. Samuel will uphold his promise to turn around images within the 1 and 2 week period as long as the selection process is done by Samuel Geals. If the Model chooses the images him or herself, the 1 to 2 week period is set from the date of the final image selection by the Model.
All bookings made will require full payment up front, meaning no booking is secure until full payment has been made. Samuel is open to split payments from the booking party or booking parties. Once the full payment has been made, Samuel and the team will book the studio, give a consultation, start organisation of the photoshoot and prepare a full plan and Call Sheet for the shoot date.
For all Agencies booking photoshoots, a standard requirement of two weeks notice is needed before the shoot date to allow for all organisation to be completed and payments to clear. Once payment has been cleared for all Models attending the photoshoot, the studio booking will be made on an agreed date provided the studio is available at this time. Flexibility will be given on the shoot day to each person making the booking, meaning the timings of the day will be negotiated with each Model to find the best time to suit them.
Any cancellations made to bookings are required at least 3 working days in advance. Once the booking has been cancelled there will be monetary penalisations added to the booking. If a full cancellation is made by the booking party, this will incur a 50% charge and the booking party will receive 50% of the full price back. This will be classed as a ‘cancellation fee’ on the new invoice. If a cancellation is made 12h before the photoshoot date, the booking party will forfeit the full amount paid. If in the event of re-booking there can also be cancellation fees added as per the studios terms and conditions, and the booking can require extra payment for the next booking. Samuel and the team at D2 Creative Productions will not incur any fees or penalisations if the shoot is cancelled by the booking party and will be solely up to the booking party to cover any penalisations.
